Life transitions can be challenging to navigate, particularly the new realities that follow. These life transitions can include and are not limited to promotions, marriages, graduating, divorces, and the death of a loved one. It's often overlooked that grief can actually arise whenever these life transitions occur – whether they're associated with a perceived negative or positive experience.

Coaching is seen as action-oriented and helps you set goals, whereas counselling and therapy are seen as coping-oriented and helps to recognize and solve your life problems.  The goal of these sessions is to help achieve personal growth and goals after experiencing grief, particularly grief associated with the death of a loved one.

These sessions are customized to what the needs of the client. We will work with you to develop a program that's suitable for what you're looking to accomplish. Some of what you can expect include:

  • Assistance to identify your life direction going forward

  • (In the case of a lost loved one) Gain support to visualize a future without your loved one

  • Help to discover challenges associated with their grief

  • Support to better navigate obstacles and refocus on life’s possibilities

  • Help to comprehend that grief is a natural human response to death or any other life transition.

These sessions are best suited to individuals who have already undergone therapy or counselling and are prepared to embark on a new journey of self-discovery and growth.

Please explain what made you reach out to us, and your desired outcome for grief coaching when you contact us.
